My book is now in pdf form and I am engaging a graphic designed to do the cover.  I'm self-publishing with Amazon's Create Space. I call it FALLOUT: A Survivor Talks to Incest Offenders (and Others). The second half of the book consists of my chronological journal with dreams, drawings and entries. No one in the field of sex offender treatment has read the manuscript yet because they're too busy.
